ARTIST'S STATEMENT

Creativity is in all of us, as we all offer special gifts to the world. I feel most creative with paint and the painting process, using nature as my inspiration. Nature fascinates, inspires and humbles. While impossible to duplicate, nature is reflected through color and form in my work.

I love to paint and paint what I love. I enjoy experimenting with color, subject matter and style. While the results vary, the process is always a wonderful experience of focus, creation and surprises. When I paint I feel at one with nature, because for me the process requires my presence. It’s a joyful experience.
